Telllico Decision upheld!

this is a good thing.... now hopefully some faith will be restored in due process of law... im keeping my fingers crossed

I sent a message to a friend to see what it would cost and what would be needed to file a suit in Federal Court. He is an attorney in Atlanta and just bought property in Murphy. He does not wheel but if they open it back up I will go vist him and drag his ass out there! :shhh:

I too am hoping that it will open back up, but seriously, what are the chances? like 1 million to 1? They have already planted the good trails like slickrock, lower 2, upper 2, school bus and guard rail. So that leaves 4, 5, 7, and 8? I would go back even if that's all there was, but I want the good stuff back too.

Planted? I have heard nothing of that. Current plan is to pave trail one and make 4 and into gravel roads. There is a lot more at stake here then Tellico. If we cannot get this reversed the eco nazies could use this to close priveat parks. Water Quality is an EPA standard. Just look at what happened at WITC.

Yes I know, thats why I am hoping it gets open again. Now I haven't actually seen the trails myself, but I have heard from a fairly reliable source that slickrock had been covered wit topsoil and planted with grass to "restore the natural habitat an prevent washout". I have no idea if it is true or not.
