I had a diagram (PDF doc if I remember) that detailed how to do to wire a TCU in without purchasing a harness. I believe that I got it here, does anybody have a link to where I might find it?

No, it was a hand drawn PDF with all the connections and relays you'd need to rig the TCU to work.
