I think posting in this section is a first for us
We've had this 00' XJ for around two years now, it's considerably tamer than Project Low Wagon so it didn't get near the attention. It's a clean rig though and includes the following bells & whitstles,
All T&T Armor and Suspension (of course :cheers
High Pinion 44 Front, Crane Knuckles, 4.88's, ARB & CTM joints
Ford 8.8 Rear, 4.88's, ARB
Fox Shocks
35" MT/R's
TrailReady Beadlocks
PSC Assist (being installed)
(before Iceland flares and hood were painted)
Last year up in South Dakota
Recently, the cam bearings started to go out so it was decided that the time was right to swap in a stroker . A donor block and 258 crank were shipped off to Drivetrain Unlimited in St. George, UT for machine work and initial assembly. Stewart at Drivetrain worked his magic in addition to porting & polishing the head and port matching the intake. Once the motor was back in our hands we installed equal length header, larger injectors and throttle body.
