We bought this about four years ago from American Furniture Warehouse to go in to our movie room. Super comfy and low to ground made it perfect for that purpose. However remodeling and arranging we no longer have a movie room and no room for this couch. It is made of Micro-Fiber, super durable and resistant to stains and fairly easy to clean with just soap and water.
It DOES need a good deep cleaning as it has been in our kids play room for now as we have no other room in the house at the moment.
There is NO RIPS, CUTS, or DAMAGE.
It is roughly 78 1/2 long x 39" deep. The seating area of the couch comes off the floor around 9-10".

Can not deliver so need to be able to pick up.
