stumbling and stalling

I have a 96 with a 4.0 liter on which i recently replaced the plugs and wires. The ignition wire made a bad connection with the coil and caused it to stumble and eventually stall. Since then I have replaced the coil, ignition wire, and distributor cap and rotor, but the problem still exists.

The motors starts up fine and runs great but after it heats up a little bit is when the problem starts. The computer is throwing codes 11 and 54 which I'm pretty sure are for the crankshaft and/or camshaft position sensors. Any advice for what it could be or how to replace the camshaft position sensor? Thanks

i belive the cam pos sen is in the dist.
the crank pos sen is on the back left top on the bell housing, crank sensor is a common prob.

Would the faulty ignition wire cause the cps to go bad or is it more likely to be the camshaft position sensor that is causing the problems?

Also if I'm going to replace the cam sensor would it be easier to buy a whole new distributor or just the sensor?

i would probly chande the crank sensor first, cam sensors ussually last way longer.
I would check it first.
