Took a look at a 2000 Limited this afternoon. I think I'm probably going to buy it, since it has pretty much everything I want. However, it also has some stuff I'd like to swap out.
- Chrome grille. I'm not a big fan of chrome, so would like to go to body colour (kind of a burgundy).
- Chrome rear license plate light holder. Same deal as above.
- Wood trim. Still not sure where I stand on this one, but I'm thinking it may get the heave-ho in favour of the standard plastic.
Anyway, all this obviously hinges on my actually buying it. I'd just like to know if there's any interest in any of the above items. My preference would be to deal with someone locally, but I'm not necessarily opposed to shipping.

Here's the thing, though: I have no problem with meeting up to save you the shipping, but if I pull the grille I really need to have one in body colour to replace it since this is my DD. I'm going to pull the VIP report later today and get the actual paint name and code, which should help in that department. Let me know if this works for you and we can figure something out. Oh, and this would be the grille plus the headlight surrounds (really should've been clearer on that to begin with, sorry), so pretty much a cheek-to-cheek swap on the front.
