You got any pics of it installed?

not toatll buttoned up yet. I still have the header panel, fenders, and front bumper to install. I also need to mount my oil filters, and get the dual battery thing going. I also need to get the exhaust all straightened out and maybe bring it back to YBA and have it re bent in a few places that didn't come out quite right.

The MOPAR 53030262 injectors- 95 ZJ V8 are 24.6 bls at 39# and 26.5 at 43#. I have them in my 4.7 and they work fine - 22 MPG on my last trip to Maine with a canoe on the roof!

very nice

what is the brand and source of you dual oil set up ?

Dual oil kit is from Summit, it's the Summit branded one (same as the Permacool). The filters that it runs are either OEM jeep, or a large PH8A type Fram or Purolator 37001 (i opted for Purolator or course) I have yet to mount the filters for real, right now (haven't driven it yet) their just connected with heater hose, and sitting in the engine bay near the fuse box. I will be attaching them to the hood, and hopefully getting then to squeeze inbetween the booster, intake, and 2nd battery. I'll be tackling that today as I picked up my red and yellow tops yesterday.

Looks awsome indeed. I have two questions though. Why did u keep the mech fan? And u spent all that time painting all of the accessories up nice and you didn't paint the pacesetter header w/ some high temp paint? It looks awsome though. I hope when i do my stroker it comes out half as nice.

Man that's a beautiful stroker.
Started mine today I'm sure I'll be hitting ya'll up for some help.
I only hope mine comes our half as nice as yours.

Thank you both. Mechanical fan kept? Dunno, might as well, it was all new (blade, clutch, pulley), and I have heard mixed things about electrics. I can tell you now (52 miles on her) that the temp stays pinned at 205, so if it works that well, I'm leaving it alone. I can spare the supposed 5HP gain from the electrical swap, since I have added so much HP with everything else, 5HP ain't gonna kill me.

Pacesetter paint. Whelp, The dumasses @ pacesetter actually painted the thing with non hi-temp paint, which is stupid. Anyway, in order to paint it I would have had to grind all the paint off of it and re-paint with Hi-Temp. Frankly, that's a lot of grinding and sanding and a VERY odd shape. So I left it as-is. I may take it off (now that the paint is all gone, (that took all of 4 minutes LOL) and Hi Temp it, who knows. I also have a nice header leak, so my engine sounds very clicky, which is annoying as all hell, so I may need to take it off anyway, and re-torque all the bolts.

I may take some pics today to show everyone how it looks installed.

Not sure if I wanna do it again =) Nah, I would, it was fun, and a great learning expirence. That was the most crap I think I have ever done @ once. I'll take some pics of it installed soon.

ive done that same swap to a newer intake manafold, 99 actually, and also had to go to the newer and beter power steering setup, i used all the 96-97 part numbers tho, i work at a chrysler dealersghip so it was easy to do research, what a differance tho, power whenever i need it, really quick, mutch beter flow. it holds and flows twice as mutch air!!!!!
