Well I finally finished the stroker the other night. I took some pics of the finished product for you guys, and I'll also write a bit about some things that I ran into, maybe it will help someone. Here's what she's got:
97 block (going in a 93)
2001 Intake Manifold
2001 Power Steering pump
62mm Throttle Body
62mm Helix TB Spacer
Mustang Cobra Injectors
Pacesetter Headers (for a 92 more on that later)
Dual Remote Oil Filters
Accel Cap, Rotor, Wires, Plugs
1998 Dakota Alternator
Bored .030
Crane Cam and lifters
1986 CJ Crank
So that's the bulk of it. Now for the pics of my pretty little engine.
Here is the front of the engine, just showing all the accessories on there, it took FOREVER to get everything looking like this!

Decent side shot, again showing the detail work.

Side and top, you can see the dual filter attachment on the block, yes that is heater hose. It was temporary to prime the pump, didn't wanna waste the real hose.

Here is what the dual filter looks like, again, the Bosch are temporary. Their the stock jeep filters, nice they nice but I'll be running PL370001's from Purolator

Shot from the rear

Here is a shot showing the fuel rail, and the back of the intake mani.

Here is the EGR hookup on the header, which I do not need in 93. So I took a 1/2 plumbing plug, and booger welded it in there.

Here is the 2001 steering pump on the 2001 intake manifold. Now had I had the bolts, I would have been able to just bolt it on, since I didn't I opted to drill out the manifold with a 5/16" drill, and use 5/16 x 4in bolts to attach it. I kinda like it better this way anyway, easier to get off, and nothing to strip.

Here is the new 62mm throttle body, and the 62mm helix TB spacer

Pic of the top of the stroker

This shows the area of the timing cover that needs to be cut off. It was coming in contact with the belt

Here is a shot of the pulley that is now no longer needed. The idle pully is now a part of the power steering pump, and MAN is adjustment/ loosing easier. 1 bolt is all it takes, no more of the 3x 13mm bolts that you need to take out to get the belt off, it's now just 1 15mm.

Just a front shot of the headers, you can see that it clears the oil pan just fine

Fuel rail with the Mustang Cobra Injectors

Rear of the headers

That's it for now guys, more when she goes in to the jeep. Whatta ya think?
