Has anyone purchased a reground crank from here?

AM258-723CK AMC 258 #723 170.00

Includes main and rod bearings. by far the cheapest Ive seen so far.
If someone has a better place to buy let me know :D

That's a very good price but keep in mind that those main bearings will only fit in a 4.2 block or Renix 4.0 block. If you have a HO block you'll need different main bearings. The rod bearings are fine.
The 723 is the '72-'80 12cwt crank, the 477 is the '81-'86 4cwt crank, and the 3727 is the '87-'90 4cwt crank with the same length nose as the 4.0 crank (10mm shorter than earlier 258 cranks).
