Stock Wheels off a 99 and tires

I have 4 stock wheels from my 99 sport some rust, appear to have been spraypainted by previous owner other than that decent shape. Also have 4 225x75r15 for sale approximately 65% tread left in decent shape off brand tires believe they are classic brand. Asking $100 obo for wheels and $100 obo for tires as well. All 4 wheels are in about the same condition these are 15x7 this is probably the worst conditioned wheel
