Started on My LS1/5.7 swap, into My 01 XJ

Some updates on My XJ. Last October, I drove it from Indiana to Utah, and back, while pulling My camper. The little XJ did everything I asked, and is dead reliable. It's My daily driver, besides my motor scoot.

Me and Jeep at Moki Dugway, outside of Mexican hat.

Well, I've been driving this ol XJ for almost 10 years since the swap. A few trips over the Rocky Mountai9nst to Utah and back. Lots of routine daily driving. Lots of evolution on the powertrain, cooling system, and many comfort and interior mods. It's been a helluva ride, and I love the damn thing.

Back in oh, maybe fall of 18, I thoroughly sploded the aluminum block LS! and did a serious upgrade to ol (Jeepzilla) as named by my late Mother. LOL. She loved the thing. Anyways, I sourced an LQ4 ^.0 block, and prepped that for install. Ported the LS! 241 heads while it was apart, and made a few other changes, of which escape me at the moment. Anyways, the power increase was mind blowing.

Anyways, it evolved a lot over the years. Everything from a Holley Terminator X ECU, to bigger injectors. Custom made radiator with a secondary one mounted under the main one. The 6.0 was a bear to figure out the cooling gremlins, but with dual radiators, it finally does. Many other upgrades. it's a helluva Jeep

I reckon I'm leading up to selling it. I don't really want to, and if I figure out a way not to, I'll have it till I'm old and grey...well, old-er and grey-er.

I'll post a few shots of It's current form.
