stalls in Park, idles in Nuetral or in gear

i can keep it running in park if i feather the throttle. can this be an issue with the kickdown cable? ideas?

Sounds like either the Throttle position sensor is crapping out or the Idle Air control motor is dirty....

I doubt it has anything to due with tranny....
