Stalling/Slipping=Bad Torque Converter?

Looks like I have it fixed. When I went to installed the new CPS I saw that one of the two CPS bolts had backed all the way out. I went ahead and installed the new one, cranked the bolts down and no issues for two days now..
 
So due to loose bolts on the CPS/CKP, which have a locating shoulder to keep the proper air gap with the flexplate/flywheel your ECU/PCM must have been having fits.

Sounds like you owe your coworker a six pack.
