Here I go again, got dissed so re-posting.
This is a STAG A3 upper T-marked flat top with 16" barrel, railed gas block, delta ring, gas tube, handguard cap, A2 flash hider, forward assist and ejection port cover already installed. Never fired myself but was test fired by STAG Arms.
1:9 chrome lined barrel (non M4feed ramps doesn't really need them unless automatic)
Looking to move her fast! $275
