Brand new STAG A3 upper receiver flat top 5.56mm with 16" barrel, railed gas port, gas tube, delta ring, forward assist, ejection port cover A2 flash hider, and front guard cap already installed. (still needs charging handle, Bolt carrier group, and hand guard)

This does not have M4 feed ramps (no need), some specs; 4140 barrel, chrome lined, 1:9 twist, flat top T-marked.
