squeaky poly bushings, will they stop?

I went a little too long in between greasing my rear shackles and they were squeaking like crazy. For the last 5 days straight I've been loading the things with new grease and hoping that they would eventually quiet down but they aren't at all.

Will they ever stop or is one of those things that once you go too long it will never be the same again no matter what?
