NAXJA, MWC, and Winterfest 2011 sticker, longarmed, trussed 30 or 44?, remote resi shocks parked along street at Ferris State in Big Rapids MI.

My daughter goes to school at Ferris, she drives a saturn, so she will not stand out. :)

Sweet! I'm new in town, from IL.. I could use as many XJ buddies I can get. Seems all the locals on campus I've talked to are the mud terrains on a stock half ton drunk hammer down illegal corn field muddin types...not my style at all, kinda makes me sick...

Are there any legal trails around here? With an ORV sticker of course

And if Yukon ever decides to warranty my shaft and I get my junk off jack stands and back on the road. I'm wanting to hit up Rocks and Valleys. Any interest?
 
R&V is your best bet for wheeling around here. There is Silver Lake if you're into sand, sorry to say it's getting too cold for bikini's (ORV sticker required). There is also Twisted Trails in Mesick, but that's more of a redneck mud bog play area.

ORV stickers will only allow you to wheel where you can drive your Gma's station wagon, and yes, I've tried to explain to the DNR that my XJ is in fact a station wagon. I paid my ticket.

I work most weekends, so my availability of going to R&V is slim. Are you planning on attending Winterfest in March? It's a great time, you should.

Now that the full widths are in and the XJ isn't my daily , I am definitely going to Winterfest. I'd like to get the cage done before. Where you guys getting DOM up here?

If you don't mind me asking, where are you at Fore?

Why would stock axles stop you from coming to WF, they haven't stopped me the past 3 years all of which the jeep was my DD! :D

The past 3 years my Jeep was a DD, I bent 3 30's in half, countless blown shafts, bearings, and ball joints. It's one thing driving 40 min home back roads from the Cliffs. Badlands is another 2 two hrs. Hell, I already snapped a Yukon 4340 D44 shaft in 3 pieces and sheared the threads off the spindle on 35's

30's don't like me and, I don't trust myself to wheel civilized 3 hours from home... :D





P.S. Anyone selling a king pin 60?? ;)

Brennan might be doin a color trail ride around the area in October. Wj would be fine, ill be stock still lol. All legal forest roads ;)
