:yelclap: ive been looking for a soundbar for a while now to try this, could you mabe possibly pretty please get some more pics to show how far the speakers come down from the cielling? my problem is that i have a gunrack where you have the soundbar, do you think you could fit directly benith it?

looks nice. i've been thinking about putting my extra bar up there. just need to put some glue on it. but havent really decided yet.

ghost riding!
boyz got mad ghost riding/photo takin skillz!

I had to jump out to get this pic.. Almost hit a wall...LOL .. It's not like that now, so i don't know why it is showing 5 mph... Thank god i cleaned my jeep.. It was dirty, love the leaf blower...

It just dawned on me that I could potentially put like 12 soundbars up if I wanted to. I think as I hit the junkyards I will find as many as I can and install them all.

So far I only have one.

Good work though.

Since i run 98% of my time with no doors, just made since to me..Come to think of it, i'll take them back off for the weekend...I hear no rain for the next 2or3 weeks

Scott,

Does it sound ok to have the one speaker on top of your head, and not having the advantage of the sound separation putting them in the back?

I'm asking because it might be a good idea for my MJ.

I have them adjusted so i can hear the right one too..I have the fader turned to the rear so i get them to..The best part is i can use my CB with out turning off my radio...
It doesn't have the thumping bass, but it does sound good..
HTH

i have a sound bar as well. doesnt sound annoying at all to have it right behind your head. the rear seat passengers cant hear you as well but thats the nature of the jeep lol.

I have been thining about doing this since I got my tube doors last summer, but now that I have seen yours I am gonna do the same thing.

it is very easy and well worth it. To the guy who wanted to put on in an MJ it will not fit. At least not with out a lot of work. I got an extra one form the junkyard to see and the ergonomics of the situation are poor to say the least.
