Some quick advice

The other day while doing a quick lookover of my suspension I noticed that my passenger upper control arm mount is starting to rip off, so for a quick fix I did this...

Cut a triangle piece of 1/8 plate to tie the front in the a strip of 1/4 steel that starts at the top of the mount then wraps around the tube to prevent it from moving more, and I plated the sides with 1/8. Is there anything else I should do? I want to eventually move into the TNT truss so it's just going to last till the spring with maybe four more hard trips planned untill then. What do you guys think?

yea yea yea you and that fancy dimple die... haha I like that idea as well, you don't think there was a need to have supports on the sides to keep it from twisting?

Well i guess i will find out when my jeep finally runs. I hope it will hold up. Its only eigth inch chro-moloy, so its really not that think. Well see........
