I Live in florida and always had an over heating problem. My reservoir always cracked and after the 3rd one i took it out completly and just looped the hose around, bypassing it. Next I put a fill cap in the hose at the top of the radiator so i could actually fill it up. Then i put in a flex-a-lite fan in instead of the stock clutch fan and wired the stock auxillary fan that runs only with the a/c to a switch in the cab. I dont use my a/c so that other fan was not running. Now with 2 fans running she Runs around 190 on the trail.
