I'm not sure how bad this is.

Btw, I'm focusing on the frame bracket. The arm is supposed to bend that way.

I'm thinking of getting it back flush with the frame rail and welding.

I wouldn't weld it to the body. You need to be able to remove parts easily to repair or modify stuff. I would pull the cross member off and do what you can to straighten it out, the maybe make something else to bolt to those holes so you can get leverage to bend it back.
Once that's done, I'd plate the subframe, at least in that area because it is going to be a little weaker there now, with the tendency to bend again.

Think I could roll it this way to the flog?

Yea I would not go anywhere with that till its fixed. Definitely plate it after it's straightened.

That is the infamous IRO system.

Now I can do a brake job and a locker but I have no clue where to start fixing this other than removing the right side long arm bracket and crossmember. Im not particularly knowledgeable about fixing a twisted framerail.

How'd the damage happen? Is a bolt missing from the crossmember?

All the bolts/hardware is there. It folded up. I believe this happened on a balance beam at the Wilson County Fair. There was a log being held up by two concrete slabs. I slipped off and this seems to be what happened.

Yeah, that's pretty crappy.

If it were me, I'd pull all that stuff off, cut a hole in the floor from above so I could pound it back out flat, cover the hole, plate the frame and install a different long arm system.

Believe me, I would if I had the dough. I'd even be up for going back to CA drop brackets but I cut the original brackets off.

i'd like to see a pic of this!

...good luck on the repair though. I agree with the other guys though with adding strength to it after you straighten in out. Maybe cut a frame rail section from another jeep and piece them together...

Upon further investigation, I believe the frame might now be as bad as I think it is. I'll have to remove the bracket to be sure. What leads me to believe this is the bracket pulling away from the frame rail.

I sent an email to IRO today because they do provide a lifetime warranty. I'm hoping to get a response back because until now I have had nothing but good things to say about their product.

You can see the balance beam here.
