So after one crazy day I have a working winch and lights! All credit goes to Paul, I couldn't have done it without him! I think I may have ran him into the ground though!
The best part about it all was it all worked on the first try! ill post up some pics tomorrow. Thanks again Paul!

I didn't listen to Paul and tore apart the factory wire harness....it came out alright...should have listened to Paul though.
Clean lights install.
The thicker grey conduit is where the disconnects are so I can remove the bumper with ease
The rear came out good too.
Even the old dog Ruger likes it!
