Looks good Aaron
Might need to bump it ?? What a metamorphosis...

Aaron bring it by this week end an we can flex it so we can adjust for those tires.Plus we can look at installing the rails too.I would think we could go thru an retighten all the bolts while were at it. You can get hockey pucks for the front bump stops, i would think we would need 4 per side.Thats a good jump off point, i think

But it will end up with no crush in the suspension, there is hardly any clearance. Didn't You just lift it?

Yes.But i rub the chit out of mine, hell i tore the lights out of the fender well stuffing them inside so far.I have over 3" of bump in mine and i think i need more. You rub to when you start to stuff your tires, i know i heard them rub and was thinking OH CHIT there goes the flair. We need to make sure he doesn't tear up a tire from them getting stuffed inside the rear or the front. I know i would feel bad cause i told him to go 35's not 33's.

Is Saturday good for you? I'll pick up some pucks today if i can.

Yeah mine did when it was 4.5", but with 7" I have not heard any noise. Besides when it's serious wheeling I take the flares off. Maybe a spring spacer in front and a longer shackle in back. Or cut the fenders. Ask Tone what it's like with no crush, just in back. Listen to his stories, He talks about the rear being launched. He's got maybe 2" in back. Yours and mine were built with this in mind, they stay almost flat even in this type of terrain:

Paul when did you buy those RC springs on that jeep. The ones on it before you went with the ones now? your rig has always been at 6.5 or you went out and got springs front and rear.
Cause those springs are for a 6.5 lift.Thats by the numbers on them, they match cyndee's 6.5 lift springs from RC. I used them when i was waiting for parts awhile back. Remember?

It gained lift from the front axle build, the rear is the Deaver's & shackle relocators. Rusty's stuff is not the same as stock. It came with a 4.5 RC front & rear.

First day I had it, on the way home

When I finished with the rear axle rebuild.

6.5
Just like yours and mine. Now whats your rim size.I think he has 8" with 4" back space.Like mine too.I have cut the sh it out of my tires.
paul if you put 35's on yours it would tear your rear flairs off in a flash. It would do the same in the front to i would bet.I have the bumps in my frontend and you help me install hockey pucks on top of them when i install this front axle. I can take a pic if you like, but LQ scott grab these on his way to my house the day we installed this axle. And it still rubs the sh it out of the tires and the fenders.I don't travel straight lines fast.

4.5" backspace.
I wouldn't run 35's, too big for My lift. I have My jeep built to have a shit load of axle travel, that means the tires need to stuff.

Guess mine isn't built like yours.YOU think? Your want to be go fast.Iam slow and crawl. So you want it to stuff all the way up into the fenders going straight down the wash roads.I don't want my tire doing that.I want them to stay off the sheet metal so i can turn them in a hole.
So your right and i'm wrong.
But you won't see me hitting no dam roack at 50 plus MPH in my jeep, that would total it . NO matter how much you spend.

You say you have 7" of lift and 35 are to big? I guess you're just jeep speed now. OH well you won't get dents like me then will you.LOL.
33/10.50/15 will give you better MPG to boot.

WOW! Freaking BADASS Aaron 1 ! Those tires are awesome! So I am guessing that you will start leading the runs now? Show Scott the lines?
