$hit, when I fix that I'll probably have a cold seize problem.

I am hoping that water pump shows up real soon. I would like to do them together.

I would say your about half off, if your doing all the wood you were talking about replacing.

Just the roof is going to cost 1200 for plywood, black paper and roofing..This is a 20 year roof..30 year roof is about 300 more...so 20 year in fine with me..

This is with me doing all the work..

Let EVERYONE !!! know... with as many times as he's allowed folks to work on their rigs... he should just kick back in the shade & point... then someone snaps to it...:D

This is not a good time for me, Tone. Sorry.

Cited by the city, I have my Nephew coming out to help me survive this also.

So i went out an lifted the roof to fix the 2x6s that broke..I lifted it about 8", then sistered a new one to it..When i lowered the jack(10 ton + hi jack) it dropped only 1/2"when the 4x8 wasn't touching anymore..I could hear the 4x8 beam cracking when i started jacking it up to get it level, it was the last 1" that made it crack real loud..I was :scared:...Now i get to go back to finish the other ones that are bad..Should be done with this part soon...Then i get to buy the plywood to resheet the roof..It is only 20 sheets that i am replacing, then it should be ready for roofing..:D..I think i am going to call OBAMA for a loan..:confused1..Yea i know, i am in the wrong :gag:, never mind..
