So Cal desert rats

GOT HOME WITH A 1/2 TANK . NOT BAD FOR A TANK (23 GALLON MAIN TANK) ON 37S AND 4:56 AND AN AOD AND YOUR WECOME BILL IT WAS NICE TO SEE THAT EVERONE HAD FUN I KNOW I DID

I know at a 1/4 of a tank, i take 9 gals to fill my tank, i put 12 gals in it up there and that was 3 .5 gals in the jerry can.My gauage is way off i know. But i get good mileage still.

Got done with the bumper & shocks and the starter goes out. :( Decided not to run the tire carrier unless need be. So I readjusted the rear suspension for the loss of weight. Done for now.:sunshine:

Hey guys i think ima end up just keeping the jeep, after going to miller jeep trail last weekend with it i realized 2 door and stick is superior to a 4 door automatic
Glad to hear you're keeping it. You do know they are the same size right? I own both, but they are both autos, thats because i'm old an smarter now.:roflmao:

I think this is a cool drawing.Thinking of getting it inked when i get some cash

And each hit has improved My Jeep, for little or no money. And fixed a problem that could have been real bad. Rear axle goes and it showed Me the bolts were left loose with no lock tite, $40.00 and it's back together, $50.00 more and the disc brakes were installed.:yelclap: It also got Me to address the shock mounts & the bumper. And at the same time (Thank You, Scott) I found one bolt loose and no locktite in the front axle ring gear. party1:
So was it a hit or an opportunity?:dunno: Something was wrong with this starter, and it died a few blocks from the house. Seemed lucky to Me, especially since I have no extra money.:gee:

If you call this good luck, i would hate to see bad luck son. This is like saying thank god i got in a wreck cause my car needed a wax job.LOL. To many hits on you this month, hell look at your tool box on the jeep.Sorry had to say that.LOL

Well instead of the rear axle going on the Knowles, which I drove through, it happened as I was backing into the driveway. I'll take that kind of bad luck any day of the week. :)

Well the weekend is over, back at work.....which means I get to play on naxja again! :) I got a laundry list worth of stuff done on my XJ thanks to Curt! Buzzed off some screws that were making minse meat of my tires, fixed a stripped lugnut, relocated my front brake lines, and even got hooked up with some new two points on the front end! Thanks Curt!

Paul - hate to hear about bad luck, it never comes one at a time either! When it rains it poors! However this should mean that you are getting it all done with and out of the way before the season! :)

anyone know if i get 33x12.5x15 tires on 15x8 wheels, will i need spacers?
