I may just come in the saturn..I havent tuned up my AC in the yota yet..So do you know how to do roofing..Yea i know but calling a pro is out..LOL
 
Tone, get the abs system out of there. fill the reservoir up to the line then shine a flashlight through the side so you can see into the fluid with the cap off. now have someone SLOWLY push the pedal in and see if you can see fluid coming up from the front and rear ports inside the reservoir. It might be hard to see if it has one of those funky beer can sized resi's, but if its one of the older style ones that the reservoir is the size of the whole master cylinder, you should be able to see fluid squirting up from the front and the back ports. if it only comes up from one, your master cylinder is leaking internally between the two chambers inside of it and needs to be replaced.

I wish I was closer I'd come help you guys out, brakes are a pain in the ass! I hate working on them because if you F something up you can't stop... if you're working on the motor and you F up you can't GO.

Not really... but I'm willing to help if I'm not booked already...

I think you should set a date and ALLLLL these BITCHES need to show... like I've said in the past... I'm sure a "crew" could be assembled and you just supervise...
I'll admit I'm fairly booked, but maybe maybe Sun. 10-17 ?? Possibly the Halloween weekend one day ?? Or the second weekend in Nov. What is that ??? the 12th. ??

It won't happen till late NOV..It is a small roof so i am thinking it should only take a day to do..I just got to buy new ply wood and tar paper first..I am trying to find the same color as the house for the shingles..I have done a few of these, so once i get it laid out it should go by fast..
I'll post up when i get all the stuff//:shhh:..I know i can count on paul to come over, all i need to do is call him..

So boys have you learned anything about the jeep GODS? This is why i only work on JEEPS at my place, The GODS get mad when we go over to other places..Hell look at RICKs jeep..This should tell us the JEEP GODS are upset with you guys..LOL..

Bad news
I went to home depo, that was a hit in the bank..Got the rest of the elec i needed to run wall outlets..It looks like i'll have about 15 per side(long side) then i'll have about 6 in the front and 4 at the double doors..Plus the wife said i need atleast 4 outside plus lighten..I am also installing a BBQ by the garage too..More later
 
You want to talk about a hit in the bank i went to home depot today and the cashier tried to charge me for 70 black plastic drain gratings, when I only got one. then she started arguing with me when i said there's no way one piece of plastic, an 8 foot PVC pipe, and a piece of aluminum flashing was 207$. she kept saying i don't make the price sir if you don't like it shop somewhere else. i started screaming at her and the manager came over and yelled at me, i yelled back, then he looked at the screen and yelled at her and apologized, lol.

quite the exciting day :D

My old friend & one of my "off-road mentors" Bill Bryan passed away... WHAT a LEGEND !!
He goes right to the first root of the off-roading community... Mexican 1000 in the 60s... wheeling in the 50s & 60s, ever heard of the Palm Spr. 100 or 150 ??
Off-road Hall of Fame... contributor to several mags. and a regular in Desert Mag.
I'll post some links in a day or two... I know Race Dezert has a thread going...
The places this guy has been would make your mind spin... what he's done is pretty damn cool as far as off-roading goes...
Nothing like 4 days pre-running the 1000 with Bill... :eek: :looney:

I heard from The Company that has My truck, they need it till next Wednesday now. :doh: So They are giving Me one of these for the XJ, this is one on a TJ (?) Nice, gives Me room under the hood for the other battery. :)

The flange on this end pops through the firewall and into the airbox below the windshield.

Thank you paul, for the great COLD air set up you just removed from your jeep..
Again i thank you..When will you bring it over..I would like to have it on so i could test run it..You know i'll use it..Just can't afford to buy one..
