Thanks Eric! 3+ car garages are quite a bit more rare here than in Reno too... especially in our price range! We just got really lucky! The listing agent was a lady who clearly wasn't a garage person! We had to dig through the listing info for quite a while just to find out the size of the garage and there wasnt a single picture of it!
