Snohomish Thieves driving '89 Grey Cherokee - no fenders

All sorts of education and maturity in this thread :twak:

:D.

:twak: that means your not going to tell me?

IF you understood the laws that are relevant you would understand that your comments are SOOOOO far out of line that it is funny.

Look them up, read them, understand them. You may find them VERY useful to protect you from making some really poor choices that are easily avoided.

This goes for ANYONE who is considering protecting themselves with force or confronting someone who you believe has done something to your property.

They said whatever you have to make sure they don't get away.

You only have the right to protect yourself not your vehicle. If you harm a person that is trying to get away after attempting to break into your vehicle or whatever, you can be charged with battery because it was not self defense. You are always better off taking mental notes of what the person looks like and what vehicle they are driving than getting into a retarded situation that could get you stuffed in the cop car.

You also should never pull a gun on a person unless you have the balls to pull the trigger. I know very few people that do and I know that I am not one of them, so I don't have a gun.

Exactly what is wrong with our so called system. spose you do get a good look at the perp, license plate, all the goods stuff. You go to the cops do all the "right" stuff. I dont have the statistics but i can say from personal experience i have never got the stuff back when reported to the police. Only through personal investigation have I ever gotten back somthing that was taken from me.

Eventually most all theives get caught (further proof crooks r dumb)but generally its by accident. Usually being pulled over or drug investigations reveals that the perp is in posession of stolen prop. And then when they do unless you have a Title, serial#, or a recipt you still aint gettin your stuff back its gonna get sold a auction.

Besides the cops have no time to investigate that kind of crime they are way too busy giving people speeding tickets who are running a little late for work, or trying to conduct buisness on thier cell phone, or didn't come to a full dead stop when turning right on a red even tho no one was coming in either direction and no one was in front or behind you.
I mean c'mon those are the things that really matter.

Im not dogging cops I just question their priorities that are handed down by their superiors. I fully respect Anyone willing to serve this country domestically or abroad and lay it on the line for there fellow citizens. In many ways they have been hogtied by ROE, and or be in fear that if they hurt a scumbag that he/she will be subject to a massive investigation and be turned into a villan by the media and possibly face criminal or civil lawsuit.

I don't want the wild west but I also think that people who commit prop. crime are not punished nearly enough and jail simple doesn't work with that type of person. They need a constant reminder to not steal. such as a broken knee so they walk with a limp the rest of there life or 2 broken hads so they get early onset arthritis.

just sayin

Well, there is always "I feared for my life" so I disarmed him;) and in the process his head was smashed into the ground. I do have a family member who used that a long time ago and it did work except for the fact he still had to go to court and all that B.S. Bottom line, it's not worth it unless they're breaking into your home when you're there or your family is in immediate danger. Common sense does believe it or not, prevent a lot of this petty $h*t.

Yeah, people have become quite a bit more civilized since the days of Hammurabi.

Well, most people anyway.

Just sayin'.

Pfft most hammurabi is fully justifiable in my eyes. I bet the crime rate was low :D.
