smog in sd

Anyone have a star smog shop they recommend in the San Diego area? Ive talked to a few in the oceanside, vista area and they are north of 70 dollars and no discounts for a retest if needed. Is that the new normal? Thanks

I've only taken my vehicles to Encinitas Smog...40 bucks with coupon (in the link) and free retest.
