Smittybuilt tube bumpers and steps

I have a full set of Smittybuilt tubular bumpers and side steps. The front and rear bumpers are double tube type. The steps are single tube. They all have minor surface rust around the edges. Any offers? They are located in Staten Island NY, just south of NYC.
