small issue any advice?

so i just put the RE track bar drop with hd track bar and brace on my jeep and the jam nut on the track bar is hitting the diff cover with more bump travel to go still. its a 4" lift with 7" of bump i have 17" C to C lowers and stock uppers, so i could notch the diff cover? or if i install control arm drop brackets would it swing away and tuck before it hits? WTF? thanks

I ran in to the same thing with my IRO one. Sent it back and they bent it a little more.

your only at 4 inchs I would say the track bar drop bracket is pushing your track bar to far down... I could be wrong here but I think then bracket is to be used at 5+ inchs of lift? or maybe your front axle is pushed fowards for some reason?

You could probably get away with moving the trac bar bracket forward. Put the forward bolt into the rear hole, and drill a new hole further forward. It's a pretty common thing to do with big travel numbers.

yes stock diff cover, but i noticed the axle housing above the cover is hitting the track bar johnny joint i have about 1 1/2" of shock left on that side when this happens

cool thanks, i cut the diff cover and i'll be welding that up today i also had to cut the edge of the spring perch to clear the drop bracket

by looking at the pictures you sent me it appears that your housing is pushed forward. are you by chance running say a 3" lift with lower arms for a 5.5" or 6" lift (or something of the sort). i see your running the stock uppers so im just throwing it out there.
