Alright I noticed a lot of guys are running the RE leafs ,how do you like them ? & Some guys are running the Skyjacker rear leafs (5.5 ish) which are a better leaf, or ae either a pretty good leaf & can't go wrong with either ? cause I am currently running Pro Comp 2.5 with blocks & shackles & the have sagged & lost there shape, there just garbage IMO. local store says just get new ones there dirt cheap ,but why buy a bad product again ,when the same problem will probably reoccur ?

thats the same thing that happend with my skyjacker springs. i ended putting a long AAL in my spring pack and it worked out realy well.

I've been running RE's springs for a couple of years with no problems. The ride is great too.

Sorry Im pretty green , what is a long aal ?
& one more question, is it better to run a complete spring ie 6" comapred to a 3" inch spring with 3" block ? this may sound dumb but I want to know the difference ,besides cost.

Its better to go with a full 6 inch spring pack than, a 3 inch pack with blocks. Blocks will wear your springs out faster, and you may get axle wrap. AAL means add'a'leaf. Just means adding more individual leafs to your spring pack.

I think a long aal is a leaf that is one of the bigger leaves, not a smaller one. So one that is farther away from the axle. Blocks are good and bad. The flatter a leaf, the better the flex, normally. But blocks are a cheap way to lift, and with high horsepower, you get axlewrap. You get what you pay for. I have the 5.5 inch lift springs in the back and they are great. I think... Isn't the 5.5 a 4.5 inch pack with a 1 inch shackle? I have 4.5 inches of lift. But, they are great. A bit bumpy, but you get used to it.
