SierraFest Caravan From Sac

Anyone else heading out of Sac for SierraFest? My co-pilot and I are heading out of the downtown area at Noon Friday.. WooHoo!!!atriot:

A couple of us are heading up Hwy 50 to Strawberry Pass from the Rocklin area about 7 am on Friday. We'll cut over to Hwy 88 from Strawberry, then on to Hermit Valley campground. Can you make it at 7 am?

Strawberry is an easy trail but makes the SF weekend a bit more fun.

I could and would if i were solo but my buddy lives in Sac so we are both working 1/2 days and just leaving from the office. Thanks for the offer though.

This is Sierra Fest. Great reason to quit the job and wheel on the weekend. Monday might suck, however.

last year norcalchris and i hit strawberry in my jeep around 9pm. its fun, but if i were to do a night run id run slickrock. i prob wont be off til like 2pm and ill just drive straight to SR. but strawberry has cool views...
