I do have one question though. If you are going to complain about the location of the meet and greet, shouldn't you show up when it gets moved?

The point for the Meet N' Greet was to deliver SierraFest shirts and for us to give the 2010 Sierra Chapter Donation money to a great organization in the Friends Of Fordyce.
If you went to the 2010
SierraFest this year and bought dinner, raffle tickets or a SierraFest shirt, you were a very big part of this:
I only hope next year we can do 3 times that much, thanks again to everyone for your support, and I think we all need to thank SharkMark for putting together the 2010 SierraFest!
Thanks to Jeff Degnan from FOF for taking the time to come out and update us and educate us on the issues with The Fordyce trail and explain how our donation will be used.

Sorry I couldn't make it you guys. My son had Strep and an ear infection. If it wasn't for that we would ahve been there.
It was honestly an honor and a pleasure to put together SierraFest this year. i am really happy it was such a great success. I owe a lot of thanks to Eric (Ericsxj) and Josh for putting together the day trips. I cannot wait until next years trip and as Dave said, it will be BIGGER and BETTER than this years.
I might even be talked into cooking up some ribs again :chef:

Need a bigger TSF from the URF with a Jes7:26!
I hope next year is bigger and better, we have a good core bunch of people now that all seem to want to suport. The So-Cal is still one of the smallist areas but have way more people then any other chapter.
Where would everyone want to go next year?
We could try and sucker Goatman into letting us run SierraFest with his anual Swamp lake run? Spend a week up on Dusy/Swamp/Bald . . .
More people seem like they are set up to run the rubicon, a 3-5 day trip could be fun?
We could try and pull off a Fordyce/Rubicon/Barrit run . . . but if you are going to run all three trails back to back you better know your rig very well and how to fix it.
We could also do another year at Dear Valley, more people can go, we had a good turn out this year and next year could be even bigger . . .
Thoughts?
