haha yea... unfortunatly the only way to rid of a virus is for the body to pump it out... such as "sweating" and being with the toilet alot. no need to be graphic about it but the doc told me that its somthing only time and rest will be able to fix

Just got over a nasty head flu - whatever's going around. No stomach trouble, but spent two days flat on the bones of my arse feeling like my head had been packed with rubber cement (at least, that's what it looked like coming out...)
