Sorry no shipping to the OC allowed. LOL

Once you get your race number you should have it stamped real big in the center of that door panel :D

Lookin good man, can't wait to see this thing finished.

Well I'm back at it, but I don't think I'm going to make the last race of the year in Parker. :( :( :( Work has been pushing me farther behind. My goal now is to make it to the December MORE race for a good shake down before starting the first Jeepspeed race in 2011.

I got a package from my friends at Brown Dog Off Road. Its was there new driver side engine bracket. This bracket uses 8 screw holes on the block. It is very beefy.

Mounting the engine bracket was easy. All the screws lined up perfectly.

I finished tying in the motor mounts to the cage.
Passanger side

Driver side was a little busy with steering, brake lines and the intake, but it turned out good.

I had to notch the motor mount frame perch gusset to clear the steering shaft.

what cooler is that? i've been looking for one to do the exact same thing

I found this cooler in the boneyard. I dont remember what the exact make or model, but it was a full size truck.

How is the radiator going to sit down?

The radiator will sit about 1/2" higher then stock. It clears the bottom of the radiator. I'll be installing the radiator tonight and I'll post some more pictures.

Is that a 3rd mounting point on the tab on the top of the cooler?

Yea, Its one of the OEM mounts. It hade a nice snap-in rubber bushing on it.

Nice install on that. Very well protected.

Thanks

i dont want to see the end, i want it to go on forever haha

looks amazing i wish we had jeepspeed up here, but no we have mud and lots of rain to make mud

I like those panels...... got any how to advice? what do you use to roll that bead in? what thickness aluminum?

Thanks. Its 5052 aluminum sheet 1/16" thick. Stay away from the 6061 aluminum its too brittle and will crack when you bend it.
