shock rebuild help

ok so started to rebuild my shocks today... well i think i might be over my head and would need someone to kinda help me do this. i have a set of 2.5 10" foa"s. i had a set of 26" resivoir line made to run my resivoir can up out of the way.
its just all my fittings seem to be stuck like the fitting on the resivoir can just wont come loose and the interior part of the can just spins tried clamping it but i dont want to damage it.
any suggestions or maybe someone in socal can help me rebuild them and teach me?

ive tried calling them and there message machine says that they are a online company only.... kinda odd but i will email them, i was just looking for somebody that could kinda show me hands on you know.. if not no big deal i will have to take them over to shock mike at kartek
