Sell the XJ!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

I have a chance to buy a really nice ford f-250 built for towing. But I can't afford the xj too. And my jeeps got some problems which is making not fun to drive everyday. So i'm debating on selling the xj buying this ford and then getting a cheap xj to build up and tow. Let me know what you guys think. I could use all the input i can get.
