Yeah "professionally patched" is a loose term. The shop that is willing to take on the liability of vulcanizing a sidewall on any tire that could possibly find it's way onto the road is missing a few screws themselves.

Of all the things I’ve sold on Craigslist I’ve never once had anyone try to “Help me sell” anything. I’d always wondered what they meant when they said “No, I don’t need help selling it”.
Well, now I know. Some dude just called my cell phone. A real dude. Said he was with some consultant place in Georgia and said he wanted to help me sell the Tahoe… He said there IS a small fee for the service but it’s guaranteed to sell within 1 week. Or else they would buy it.
He asked, “What’s the least you’re willing to take for it.”
I said “Eleven Five”.
He said “$1,150.00”
I said, “No, $11,500.”
He said, “Oh, I don’t think we’re going to be able to help you.”
I said, “Nah, I don’t think so.”
Then he hung up. Lol
