Hi,
I just recently purchased a '99 XJ and, being 6'4", ran into the seeminly common issue of not being able to push the seat back far enough to feel comfortable. Upon extensive Googling, the only constructive link I was able to come up with, was this thread in this forum.
Unfortunately:
* the guy does not provide those anymore and the thread has been closed;
* he hasn't replied to my private message in a couple of weeks.
So, that's why I'm digging up this topic in public. Does anyone know if there are now (that thread is ~3 yrs old) commercial solutions available to this problem? There seem to be solutions available for Wranglers etc, but not for XJ as far as I've been able to find myself.
Or does anyone know how to get ahold of rapom? If he still has the drawings or something left, I could try to have someone fabricate those for me here in Estonia, where I'm located.
Thanks,
Indrek
