Scored a D44 at Pull N Save today

Went out to Pull N Save with the boyfriend to find some seats for his Bronco...I started wandering around and saw a 87 XJ and figured I would see if anything worth having was there...I looked underneath to see if it has a transfer case skid since that is all I am missing and noticed a diff cover I had not seen up close before...the illustrious "stop sign".

For get seats, it was time to pull an axle

Also found that transfer case skid I was looking for.

Got home, opened up the diff and the gears are in great condition, so I will be rolling it under the XJ Tuesday when I do my cheapie lift.

First time I have EVER found anything good at PnS...guess it pays to go during the week.

If the brakes are crap, let me know. I am doing a disk brake conversion on mine and my old brakes only have a few thousand miles on new drums, cylinders, and shoes.
