Tuesday 7:00 PM
A get acquainted dinner at Slickrock Campground, 1301 - 1/2 North HWY 191. $4 per person. If you have parts that you would like to sell or trade, bring them this evening.
Thursday 4:00 PM
Vendor display and Show and Shine at Swanny City Park, located in downtown Moab at 400 North and 100 West. This will be a gathering of all vehicles in attendance, a great time to check out all of the rigs and talk shop. Judging will be done with the awards presented on Friday night. Some of
's best supporters will be present displaying their products. Food and drinks will be available.
Friday 6:30 PM
Dinner at the Moab Civic Center, 100 North 400 East. $8 adults, $3 children. There will be an awards presentation, a mutimedia presentation of the weeks activities, a merchandise drawing, and the winning ticket will be drawn for the Sweepstakes XJ.
Registration, safety inspections, and trail run sign up will be carried out at Slickrock Campground Tuesday-Friday morning between 7:30 and 8:30 AM, and Monday-Wednesday evening between 5:00 and 10:00 PM. Thursday evening it will be at Swanny City Park, and Friday evening it will be at the Moab Civic Center. Please come to the registration area as soon as possible after arriving in Moab.
There is a $5 per vehicle per day fee paid to the Bureau of Land Management for any event trail runs. This will be collected at the time of trail sign up.
A complete event schedule and trail run schedule, with directions, will be given out at the time of registration. Additional meal tickets and shirts will also be available. Tickets for the event raffle and for the Sweepstakes XJ will also be sold.
