Early Sunday morning, Intelsat, Ltd. lost communication with their satellite IA-7 and has determined the loss to be irreparable. This satellite hosted a large number of StarBand customers who, as a result, have temporarily lost StarBand Internet service. StarBand is working diligently to arrange both long-term and short-term solutions to have our customers back up-and-running as quickly as possible. We will update you as information becomes available.
