1985 jeep cherokee xj this vehicle was built for offroad use
due to tire size and lift height
it does not comply to nhtsa laws
i have owned this jeep since 1996 i will list as many features modifications as

4.0 engine new rounded style intake and 24# injectors

EVERY ACCESSORY IS NEW
140 AMP CS 144 ALTERNATOR
ENGINE MOUNTS ARE ALL CUSTOM ENERGY SUSPENSION MOUNTS AND LOWERED THE ENGINE TO
CORRECT DRIVE LINE ANGLES

THE COOLING SYSTEM!
COOLING SYSTEM IS OVER BUILT !! IT HAS A FULL SIZE GM TRUCK RADIATOR
IT IS NEW AS OF LAST YEAR AND IT HAS A CUSTOM BUILT DUAL ELECTRIC
FAN ASSEMBLY THAT YOU WILL NEED TO SET THE PARKING BRAKE TO TURN ON
AND MAY SUCK SMALL CHILDREN OFF THE SIDE WALK !! NO JOKE !!
IT IS CONTROLLED AUTOMATICLY !

IT HAS A FIXED REAR YOKE (SYE)
TRANSFER CASE WAS OVERHAULED AS WELL 8-9 YEARS AGO

THE FRONT DIFFERENTIAL!
FRONT AXLE IS A FORD F350 REVERSE ROTATION DANA 60
THE KNUCKLES HAVE BEEN ROTATED SO IT HAS CORRECT CASTER
EVERYTHING IS NEW DANA SPICER OR TIMKEN
HIGH STEERING
ROCK PROOF RUFF STUFF SHOCK MOUNTS IS READY FOR SHOCKS BUT ARE NOT ON IT
THE DIFFERENTIAL HAS A CUSTOM BUILT TRUSS
THERE IS A HYDRAULIC RAM ADDED THE THE FRONT AXLE IT IS MOUNTED
CORRECTLY BUT NO HYDRAULICS ARE ATTACHED NEEDS FINISHED
I HAVE A FEW SPARE GEAR BOXES TO GO WITH IT

IT HAS BEEN TAKEN DOWN TO NOTHING ! COMPLETELY MEDIA BLASTED
EPOXY PRIMERED
ALL NEW CUSTOM FORMED FLOOR PANS SO IT IS WATER HOSE FRIENDLY INSIDE TO WASH AWAY MUDD
AND THE FLOOR IS A HEAVY GUAGE METAL SO IT IS LESS LIKELY FOR A TREE TO POKE THROUGH !
THE REAR WHEEL WELLS HAVE BEEN CUT OUT MOVED UP AND REMOULDED
TO ACCEPT MODIFIED STOCK FENDER FLAIRS
DONE RIGHT BODY WAS FINISHED IN 2006 WITH PPG DELTRON PAINT
THE INTERNAL ROLL CAGE WAS CUSTOM FABRICATED OVER 10 YEARS AGO IT LOOKS GOOD
BUT NOT EVERY WELD IS PERFECT ! IT EXTENDS THROUGH THE ROOF
AND USED TO HAVE ROOF RAILS INTEGRATED INTO THE CAGE BUT IT WAS REMOVED DURING PAINT
I HAD PLANNED TO PUT A EXTERNAL CAGE ON IT BUT LOST INTEREST
IT HAS DUAL SNORKELS THROUGH THE COWL 100% WATER TIGHT
I HAVE NOT REMAID THE SNORKELS SINCE PAINT BECOUSE
I WAS WAITING TO DO A EXTERNAL CAGE FIRST !
GREAT HEATER WILL RUN YOU OUT !
THE HEATER CORE AND A/C EVAPORATOR WERE REPLACED WHEN THE REBUILD WAS DONE
IT HAS A 40* VENT TEMPERATURE EVEN WITH THE DOORS OFF ! YEAS THE DOORS ARE REMOVEABLE
IN ABOUT 2 MINUTES NO TOOLS REQUIRED
IT HAS DUAL OPTIMA BATTERYS MOUNTED IN THE REAR ACCESSORY BOXES
THE BOXES ARE PURPOSE SPECIFIC AND HOUSE THE ON BOARD AIR COMPRESSOR

THE ON BOARD AIR IS ENGINE DRIVEN BY A SANDEN SD708 PUMP AND SHUTS OFF AT 175 PSI

THIS SYSTEM IS SET UP TO RUN 24 VOLTS AND HAS A ON BOARD ARGON BOTTLE 75/25

THE STORAGE BOX HOLDS THE WELDER AND A HOBART HELMET SAFELY
THE FRONT BUMPER HOLDS 7 GALLONS OF WATER AND IS PLUMBED TO BE PRESSURIZED
WITH THE AIR SYSTEM TO BECOME A PRESSURE WASHER TO CLEAN RADIATORS WINDSHIELDS ETC
AND HAS THE WAND AND HOSE IN ITS SPECIFIC COMPARTMENT IN THE REAR BOXES
THE REAR BUMPER WAS THE AIR TANK BUT I REMOVED IT AND HAVE NOT BUILT A NEW ONE
IT IS WIRED WITH ALL 2 GUAGE CABLE PROFESSIONALY TERMINATED
IT IS ALSO WIRED FOR AN AMPLIFIER WITH #2 GUAGE POWER GROUND WIRE
AND MONSTER CABLES TO THE HEAD UNIT
IT CURRENTLY HAS A FACTORY RADIO FILLING THE HOLE ON THE DASH
EITHER IT DOES NOT WORK OR I DIDNOT PLUG IT IN I HAD AN ALPINE FOR IT BUT IT GOT STOLEN

THE SHACKLES ARE CUSTOM BUILT AND ROTATE
IT USES ALL PROTHANE BUSHINGS
IT RIDES VERRY SMOOTH AND YOU CAN BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF IT EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK
AND IT WILL TAKE IT !
I DONOT HAVE WHEEL BASE MEASUREMENTS BUT IT IS LONGER THAN A STOCK XJ BY SEVERAL INCHES
THE SUSPENSION IS ABOUT 10 YEARS OLD AND WAS COMPLETELY REBUILT LEST YEAR

THE TIRES!
TIRES ARE 37-1300-15 SUPERSWAMPER BOGGERS WITH ABOUT 8 WOODS TRIPS ON THEM
THEY ARE NOT DRY ROTTED AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN KEPT INDOORS
THE WHEELS ARE JUST 15X10 STEEL WAGON WHEELS BLASTED AND PAINTED SILVER

THIS JEEP HAVE NOT BEEN REGISTERED OR DROVE ON THE STREET IN MANY YEARS HOWEVER
IT DROVE GREAT EVEN AT HIGHWAY SPEED WHEN I DID STREET DRIVE IT
