sagging head liner.........??

For anyone that wanted to know:
I found a used headliner - with soundbar out of a '98. It fit perfectly(same size) into my '88
* I just had to cut a hole between the visors for the remote keyless sensor, and do some wiring for the lights and speakers.
* The size was the same though, so you might want to look for a used one in good condition.
* I offered $20 at the local junkyard and they took it. (They could of have gotten over $100 for it :laugh3: )

If you're really cheap and don't care about looks/resale (but don't want just bare metal); take your headliner down, scrape off all the glue with a rag or brush, and spraypaint it a color similar to your interior. Noone hardly ever looks up there at the headliner anyways.

The dome lights come off with needlenose pliers (washers on a little rod hold them in place).
