safely in TN

hey yall, been outta the loop the past week, been busy moving stuff around, cleaning, getting settled in (kinda!!!) and whatnot, and finally had a good chance to sit and relax.

does anyone in here have a good working knowledge of household electrical stuff? good enough to do a good job wiring in 3 outlets....2 110 and 1 220? I have all the supplies. I had someone lined up but it fell through today.


This is one of a couple of projects I'm trying to finish before I get shipped to the big cave filled sandbox across the pond. If anyone could give me a hand it would be greatly appreciated.

i'm willing to pay in beer (to a point) and homecooked food.

Step one: Find the BFH
Step two: Wear safety Glasses
Step Three: Swing Hammer towords Wall
Step Four: Pop a hole wall.
Step Five: Reach in wall.. feel for wires
Step Six: Pull wires toward Hole..
Step Seven: Ductape hole with wires sticking out
Step Eight: Use Fluffy to lick wires to find all Live wires..
Step Nine: When Fluffy's hairs curl.. you know its got power!
Step Ten: Turn off main power switch
Step Eleven: Hook up outlet. let it hang .. cover with poster if necessary

LOL yea I wish. I have to wire the stuff into the box ass well. I bought the breakers, the wire, boxes, everything it needs. I just don't have the know how to do it myself. I could find the studs and install the boxes and stuff, thats not the issue. its running the wires from the boxes to the breakers.

plus I dont have a fluffy to lick wires.

What is a 'box ass well.'? Just kiddin. Glad you made it to TN safely. I am jealous, wish I was in north GA central TN. I work for beer but my jeep doesnt run on it so i cant make it up there to help ya. I think jeepgeek has sometin tho. Good luck and tell fluffy to hang in there.

heck, if i was closer to ya i'd be able to help. but with only the one jeep (vehicle) and the 6 workin 2nd shift... not easy for us to get much done in teh "goin places" department yet.
