one more q, people say that the aux fan should be hooked up to a temo sensor? the wire for mine just goes into a big cluster that follows around the engine bay. it also doesnt come on if my temp goes over 210. what do you think is wrong with it? it comes on when i turn the a/c on.

It normally doesnt come on till you hit about 220F and thru the circuitry of the ecu it connects to the temp sensor but no directly like th older ones i beleive.

One part that a lot of people miss is the radiator cap.
The system relies on pressure.

For every 1lb. of pressure, the boiling point is reduced by about 3°F.

So a 16lb. cap would reduce the boiling point by about 48°F.

If you have a radiator cap, either test and/or replace it.

If you have the old pressure bottle:
been there, done that, and…Well, I feel for you.:bawl:
Consider a conversion.
