So my buddy got the axle flip kit for his wrangler, what a project that was this past weekend. Well the rear driveshaft is still binding even after building a longer one. Heres my question however mostly not tech related.
The kit on their website says it includes T case drop and bar pin eliminators for the front and another bracket but we didnt need it. Well he called today to see why they werent included and thet chitty sales guy said dude, those arent in the kit anymore and our web guy quit and we havent updated. What should we/they do about this, yes the kit is still $310 but he ordered online, the site said what was included and it was not and now he's set back a week ordering new stuff. What can he do, he didnt fight it much this time but I think he should get something out of it.
CV type driveshafts are $$$$, would a slip yoke eliminator be the next option and obviously after we drop the Tcase and use hockey pucks or get the real drop parts??
Any input, I thought RE had great customer service I heard, guess its not true.
