Rubicon day run this Saturday 10/29 I was planning on going to Spider Lake and back out or through the whole trail in 1 day. The key to running the Con in 1 day, as you know, is getting a good start on the trail, avoid your own breakdowns if any, and hopefully people in front of you don't hold you up too much. The crowd running this trail is less and less as we get closer to Winter and snow on the trail. Who is up to a day run on the Rubicon? I'm also planning on making the Hollister run the following weekend so 2 weekends in a row of wheeling...priceless. How about meeting at Sam's Club in Eldorado Hills off of hwy 50 at 7-7:30 a.m.?
