Rough intermittent idle and stall

xjhighroller, you have a tough one going here......

Just brainstorming as you have already replaced the "usual suspects" for the symptoms you describe.

Fuel injectors are still a wildcard here, I'd agree with that. Did you have the fuel pressure gauge on and look for any slight variations in fuel pressure when the idle acts up? Have you cleaned your throttle body yet? Definitely do that as it's just a good idea as a matter of course.

There hasn't been any mention of a check engine light so I'm assuming there hasn't been one? Scanning for codes may not be a bad idea just to see if one slipped by you and set a fault code that could be helpful in this process.

I know you have done some of your own vacuum checking but a "smoke test" vacuum test at a shop is very comprehensive and can be very helpful in isolating smaller hard-to-find vacuum leaks; they can be snaky. Also just hooking up a vacuum gauge can tell you an awful lot too for a pretty short investment on your time. I wouldn't rule out a vacuum leak just yet...

How many miles on your engine? I'd also take the time to run a compression test on all cylinders, regardless of your engine mileage. Doesn't take that long and would be good to know where you are at. May not be in play here but you want to know that everything is good internally so you're not chasing your tail if you are on the front end of an engine issue.

Good luck and keep us posted on what you find!
